Be a part of this exciting, fun toy company that wants to help you grow with us. We are seeking a Business development & sales professional to help us expand into new markets. The ideal candidate will deeply understand e-commerce, retail and wholesale sales. They will be responsible for identifying potential partners for each of our four individual toy brands and building relationships with buyers that will help move our companies to the next level! This opportunity has the resources and backing of the entire digital marketing team and designers. We work, With Sega, NASCAR, OSU, NASA, and many other licenses. You will be responsible for: A.) developing and managing a pipeline of new business opportunities, B.) setting and executing the strategy for achieving new business growth, and C.) coordinating with internal resources to close new business opportunities.:D) trade shows · we have several divisions that need development, toys, apparel (our licensed lines), and business promotional Developing and maintaining solid relationships with key decision-makers · Maintaining new business lead pipeline in CRM · Meet regularly with existing customers and new business prospects · Actively identify new business opportunities Essential Job Functions Role and Responsibilities · Develop new customers, markets, and programs · Identify and develop new opportunities for the company through the operation of an effective lead generation program and sales pipeline · Personally facilitate and close sales opportunities · Develop and oversee a superbly functioning sales representative network · Develop BPS Sales Best Practices and essential selling materials to inform, assist, and drive outside rep activity and success. · Continue to track success and improve on these critical materials to improve effectiveness. · Ensure that the organization supports the external representative activities · Implement a representative control program. Elements will include metric tracking and performance management. · Identify and recruit new representatives to expand coverage or replace non-performing partners. · Provide sales and leadership for the company · Provide strategic advice to the marketing and merchandising teams to develop pricing strategies and investment decisions based on market conditions and company position and performance. · Ensure that the company operates with a customer focus. · Develop and maintain KPIs for all sales activity. · Execute the sales organization's administrative functions Key Competencies: -Leads a team · Functional Sales Skills – Strong technical knowledge of strategic and tactical selling skills, e.g., developing target account plans, overcoming objections, etc. · Being Resilient – Rebounding from setbacks and adversity when facing difficult situations. · Customer Focus – Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions. · Business Insight – Applies knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization's goals. · Instills Trust – Gains the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity. · Communicates Effectively – Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that clearly understand the unique needs of different audiences. · Drives Results – Consistently achieve results, even under challenging circumstances. · Managing Ambiguity – operating effectively, even when things are not sure, or the way forward is unclear. · Business Insight – Applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization's goals.

Pay: $59,291.00 - $65,191.00 per year
