BakeMark has an immediate job opening for Bakery Service Tech Representative
With over 100 years of service to the baking industry, BakeMark is recognized as an industry leader and trusted partner for quality bakery ingredients, products, supplies and services. BakeMark is a manufacturer and distributor with 27 branches conveniently-located across the U.S.- Leads product presentation efforts across the assigned branches.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Visits customers to assess opportunities, present new solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, resolve technical issues, and build relationships - with a focus on large accounts to drive signficant sales growth
• Manages calendar of visits and meetings, in support of the assigned branches, working directly with Sales leaders to plan and support local sales goals
• Trains the branch Sales team on branded products, with an emphasis on Mfg brands - especially products tied to sales incentive program
• Tests new products and provides feedback to Marketing, Sales & R&D
• Develops new applications and recipes for existing/new products
• Works directly with Marketing & Sales to support planning and execution of branded initiatives across the branches
• Certification from accredited culinary or baking school

Required

• At least 7 years of experience in a bakery setting
• Wholesale/Commercial Bakery Operations experience is required.

Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or Food Science

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
