We are currently accepting applications for a Banking Operations Procedure Advisor . This position will be a hybrid schedule in Midvale, Utah.

The ideal candidate for this position will the skills and experience necessary to:

Work with and advise business lines and/or internal staff to create and update procedures and information for business owners and/or knowledge-based systems with content for processes, policies, procedures, communication, and training documentation, etc.

Meet with project teams and process owners, serve as subject matter expert, advise on downstream effects of changes, provide necessary procedural support, suggest improvements to processes, and identify possible conflicts.

Research operational questions, projects, audit, and compliance concerns.

Assist with resolving complex problems.

Be responsible to build, edit and maintain web pages.

Work collaboratively with other individuals, groups or departments on knowledge base content, and necessary approvals.

Review content for quality, determine if Meta tag is needed, who is the audience, and other content related needs.

Perform annual review of content and work with business line to re-accredit the instructions.

Document and communicate known errors with work around(s) to minimize service disruption.

Handle and evaluate the requests for new procedures and edits of existing knowledge-based content, troubleshooting for relevant incidents, requests for research, known errors and escalation routes.

Track status of requests for content updates/creation.

Maintain Homepage to ensure efficient and effective results through updating search functions, navigation, alerts, message boards, etc.

Assist with other departmental duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requires a College degree in business, finance, communications, or a related field and 2+ years of experience in branch and banking operations, policies, communications, knowledge base systems, process and procedures, content management, or other directly related experience.

Experience in grammar, spelling, and editing required.

Web-based training development a plus.

A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

Solid working knowledge HTML and JavaScript.

Working knowledge of banking operations, processes, procedures, regulations, policies, applications, knowledge base systems, content management process and procedures.

Must have strong listening, problem resolution, and customer service skills.

Require solid interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to confer with and advise project teams and process owners, build, edit, and update web pages and the knowledge base systems with relevant information.

Requires solid follow-through and ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to work collaboratively with other individuals, groups or departments.

Ability to research, gather, understand, and leverage information gained in the delivery of required services.

Ability to organize, optimize, and maintain a large repository of information.

Able to work under pressure and to deliver content quickly and accurately.

Ability to handle escalated operations concerns and make recommendations for process changes.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, or related software.
