The Ideal Candidate for this Position

What You Will Be Doing

The Banquet Manager is responsible for supervising all faucets of the banquet department including service staff during set- up and service, as well as maintaining meeting/ function rooms and organizing of the storage rooms. The right candidate will have the ability to understand and follow specifications on resumes, change sheets and Banquet Event Orders along with working closely with the Executive Chef. This person reports to the Food and Beverage Manager.

Job duties include scheduling, inventory, set up and serving our guests at the highest level of service. The prefer candidates will have with at least 1 year of similar banquet service experience at a similar establishment in regards to food quality and presentation, and guest satisfaction. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 20 lbs. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and be available to work a flexible schedule including early AM, late PM, weekends and holidays as business needs dictate. You must also be able to pass a thorough background check as well as be drug free.

• Previous experience a plus, but not required - we will train the right person
