Position Summary: The barback is responsible for stocking/restocking all bar supplies while maintaining an organized bar area. Job Duties:

- Properly sets-up the bar stations, prepares and restocks garnishes, as directed by management.
- Performs side-work and other opening/closing procedures.
- Assists with bussing any dishes from the bar top.
- Responsible for keeping all liquor displays and shelving organized and maintaining par levels.
- Reports all breakage, damage of equipment or furniture immediately to management.
- Must have at least one year of prior barback experience.
- Must have Food Handler Safety Card in Nevada.
- Must have Alcohol Awareness Card.
