IL BRUTTO is hiring a BARTENDER

Il Brutto is a neighborhood spot in East Austin serving authentic Italian food meaning what you would eat in Italy, presented in exactly the same way. Helmed by Chef Erind Halilaj, previously of Obica Mozzarella Bar in New York, the menu features fresh antipasti, housemade pasta, and pizza baked in the restaurant s Neapolitan wood-burning oven. Il Brutto's beverage program highlights an extensive selection of Italian wines from an on-site cellar, as well as local beers, simple, handcrafted cocktails, and an exciting selection of amari and vermouth.
