Atomic Hospitality is launching a brand new 10,000sqft Rooftop in the West Loop. We are looking for experienced and passionate bartenders to create beautiful and delicious cocktails in this expansive rooftop with breathtaking views of the skyline.

Atomic Hospitality is an innovative, expanding, Chicago-based hospitality and event group representing vibrant concepts like Untitled Supper Club, Recess, City Hall, Tabú, Morgan MFG, and Artifact Events. Our venues span from the West Loop, River North, and Ravenswood, each embracing the spirit and liveliness of the neighborhoods they’re immersed in. Though each concept and brand is unique, they are all united in their bold design-driven aesthetics and undying commitment to providing a guest experience that is both memorable and unmatched.

We will be open for service from Wednesday - Sunday evening to start the rooftop season and anticipate opening for private events and brunch very shortly after opening.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 year bartending experience
• Consistent Weekend Availability
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 35 lbs
• A functional knowledge of using a POS system
• A functional knowledge of basic cash handling procedures
• A genuine passion for warm hospitality and craft cocktails
• Ability to build and maintain respectful relationships with coworkers and guests.
• Ability to clearly communicate our concept and vision to our guests
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality of service
• A strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, beer and wine, and a willingness to learn more
• An openness to coaching and feedback

• Follow Health and Safety Standards when handling food and beverages
• Maintain product and menu knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $9.24 per hour
