Steele & Hops is looking to add 2 more bartender to our team! Steele & Hops opened back in June of 2021 and has been having great success with the community. We are looking for 2 individuals to join the team that are serious about their performance and are willing to put in the work and make a lot of cash. We are only looking to hire staff that are serious about their job. Part time hours are available, and we are looking for evening/night shifts. At least one weekend shift is required. If you are employed for 60 days and are in good standing with your employment, a signing bonus of $300 will be applied to your paycheck. You must have weekend availability in order to qualify for the signing bonus.

Steele & Hops is a New American restaurant right on the boarder of Minneapolis with 30 tap beers, 50+ bourbons, 30+ whiskeys, 30+ tequilas and a fun craft cocktail program! Steele & Hops also offers a fun and upbeat environment with great daily and happy hour specials.

Ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:

Ability to communicate with people properly

Availability on weekends is a must

Fun and upbeat personality

Basic knowledge of beer, wine and cocktails

Willing to help out their team

Willing to learn

Able to work 8+ hours in a fast pace environment
