New opened Modern Brazilian cuisine restaurant located in Glen Cove, Long Island. +150 seats with a 12 seats full bar.

We are looking fora creative, enthusiastic, and skilled Bartender for our growing establishment. Minimum two years of experience working in fine dining. Must have a good knowledge of wine and cocktails.

Job Requirements

• Two years of bartending experience in fine dining establishments.
• Experienced with cash handling, excellent customer service, and problem-solving skills
• High standards for cleanliness of workspace and service areas
• Strong work ethic and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Responsibilities

• Mixes drinks according to prescribed recipes accurately and efficiently;
• Communicate orders to bar and kitchen by recording guest choices, dietary needs and special requests
• Open and close the bar every shift, responsible for labeling and cleanness of the bar area.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverage, and process transactions
• er a high-quality food and beverage dining experience for all guests
• Understand all menu items, able to make recommendations and answer all menu inquiries
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
• Follow all State laws and guidelines, company policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as the need

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
