We are currently seeking a qualified and determined individual with a strong background in professional bartending to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience and a deep understanding of the craft.

As we operate exclusively in an outdoor setting, it's important to note that weather conditions will play a role in our operations. Initially, we will be open three days a week; however, as summer approaches, we will expand our hours to six days a week. Our current operating hours are from 3:00pm to 12:00am.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and meeting the needs of our valued patrons, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
• Enhance the guest drinking experience and contribute to the profitability of our bar by making informed beverage recommendations based on individual preferences.
• Display professionalism and friendliness in all interactions with guests, creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all.
• Skillfully prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including both classic and innovative cocktails, using high-quality ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized bar area, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards and efficient workflow.
• Continuously monitor stock levels and promptly restock supplies to avoid any disruption in service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a professional bartender, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of mixology and beverage preparation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to effectively engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Strong customer-oriented approach with the ability to anticipate and fulfill customer needs to ensure a positive experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Knowledge of current industry trends and a willingness to explore new techniques and ingredients to enhance our beverage offerings.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, including the transition to expanded operating hours during the summer season.
• Ability to work outdoors and remain adaptable to varying weather conditions.
