Title: Baskin-Robbins Shift Leader

Location: 18605 SW Farmington Rd Farmington Village, C, Aloha, OR 97007

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of team members to ensure smooth operations during your shift. You will also play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality, and promoting a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of team members to ensure smooth operations during your shift.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and serving customers, taking orders, and answering questions about our products.
• Ensure that all food products are prepared and served in accordance with Baskin-Robbins standards.
• Manage inventory and ensure that all supplies are adequately stocked. Order if necessary.
• Train and develop team members, ensuring that they adhere to Baskin-Robbins standards of quality and customer service.
• Handle cash and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for both customers and team members.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
