Step By Step ABA Services is growing quickly but prides itself in it's personal relationships with it's staff and clients. Step By Step ABA Services is looking for a BCBA to grow with our friendly and personable staff to provide quality services to our clients.

Requirements

Current BCBA/BCaBA certification

• Strong interpersonal and writing skills
• Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team
• Knowledge with technology
• Background check required
• HIPAA Certification ( SBS will reimburse )
• In home ABA experience preferred

Responsibilities all overseen by a BCBA for BCaBA

• Perform initial and/or continuing in-home client (re)assessments including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland and AFLS
• Conduct functional behavior assessments
• Create programs and behavior intervention plans
• Supervise RBTs/Behavior Technicians in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services
• Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess the performance of programs, and adjust as necessary
• Provide ABA parent coaching sessions
• Manage data and submit SOAP notes through Theralytics
• Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with parents and other caregivers
• Respect for cultural diversity and capability of adapting ABA procedures to that diversity
• Submit monthly progress reports to parents and Step By Step ABA
• Perform quarterly staff competency assessments
• Attend bi-quarterly "Behavior Brainstorming" sessions
• Supervision of BCBA supervision candidates (optional)

What SBS offers:

Pay: $70.00 - $85.00/hour

$100 sign on bonus (upon 30 days of employment)

Mileage reimbursement (for select cases)
