Now under new ownership East Bay Harley-Davidson is ramping up to be the number one dealer in the Bay Area.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Respond quickly to internet leads inbound phone calls and chats with the goal of scheduling an appointment
- Confirming all motorcycle sales department appointments and rescheduling missed appointments
- Building the fun and excitement of Harley-Davidson to customers through phone calls, e-mails and text messages
- Prospecting customer lists to build and find future riders
- We will train the right people and provide the tools you need to be successful
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Business Development or Customer Service Center experience preferred
- Outgoing, energetic, helpful and positive personality
- Agreeable to 80% of their workday spent on the phone and internet
- Be able to follow a structured sales process on value based selling
- Driven with the ambition to meet and exceed goals by constantly learning and improving
- Motivated by commission and eager to improve
- Time management skills to be consistently productive
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
