Automotive BDC Sales representative Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming Customers calls, make follow-up calls, set appointments, assign the appointments, ensure the Customer is welcomed when at the Dealership.
• Commit to becoming an automotive BDC sales expert.
• Follow up with prospective customers via email, phone, and text.
• Responsible for enhancing personal sales through mastering the phone, following call scripts, and setting appointments to visit the Dealership.
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate referrals.

Automotive BDC Sales Representative Job Requirements:

• The ideal candidates must have a strong desire to succeed.
• Steady work history.
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person").
• Good computer, phone, CRM, and internet proficiency.
• Professional appearance, verbal/written communication.
• Saturday availability a must as well as some evening hours.
• Valid U.S. Driver's license.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen, and drug screen.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
