Job description

The Business Development Call Center Representative makes outgoing calls to prospects and customers with the intent of scheduling an appointment to have the customer visit the dealership.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• BDC representative is responsible for 100 phone calls per day.
• Sales BDC should be focused on bringing in supplemental business to the dealership.
• BDC must report to Management on progress of the day.
• Follows up on all dealership manifest and opportunity lists.
• Makes outbound prospecting calls inviting prospects to the dealership.
• Contacts all no-shows to reschedule missed appointments.
• Uses email, text, and phone calls to contact customers/prospects
• Have product knowledge
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service at all times.
• Comply with all company policies as required. ie: Meal and rest period policy, timekeeping, etc.
• Maintain a professional appearance. ie: a high level of personal grooming, hygiene, and uniform appearance.

QUALIFICATIONS

A successful Business Development Call Center Representative needs the product knowledge, professionalism and empathy that customers look for today. Communication is extremely important in a sales department as it contributes to team-building with all dealership departments and building customer relationships

EXPERIENCE

• Bilingual Preferred - Spanish
• Professional, friendly, eager to learn and take ownership
• Motivated to excel in a sales environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
