Summary of the Beautician position:
This is a contracted position. As the Beautician you will schedule residents for hair care as requested by the resident or family. Assist with transporting residents to and from the beauty shop.
Job Responsibilities of the Beautician:
Maintain and submit records of service provided, including charges incurred.
Schedule resident appointments as requested by resident or their family.
Transport resident to and from in house beauty appointments.
Maintain beauty shop equipment according to state and local requlations for beauty/barber shop facilities.
Education/Licensure/Experience of the Beautician:
Must enjoy working with elderly clients
Experience in long term care is a plus
Must be licensed in the State of Ohio. Current Managing Cosmetologist and Independent Contractor License required.
