SITE DIRECTOR POSITIONS OPEN AT THE FOLLOWING CENTER:
-Wilson Elementary School, West Caldwell.

BEFORE AND AFTER-School (Shift) INCLUDE: (32-35 per week)
Before School- 7am-9am
Aftercare (2:30pm-6:00pm)
*all other hours are included under administrative hours )
We are the West Caldwell School District local school partner in before and after school care and our programs are built to supplement the education students receive in the classroom. In our program students learn:
Adaptability to overcome challenges

We do this by:
Rebuilding our Learning Communities:
We focus on the whole child, from foundational skills such as literacy and inquiry-based learning to social-emotional dimensions such as building character and community.
We take a project-based approach to get students excited about learning.
We focus on building resilience, which is critical to students’ social, emotional, and academic success.
Our learning experience gives children time to explore subject-specific zones, so they can follow their interests and try new things.
Our student-led, project-based learning model gives every child a chance to shine. They can start clubs, take leadership positions.
Creating a positive classroom culture:
We support the social and emotional needs of students through student meetings, inclusive support, team building activities and movement games.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
