Job Description:
Work under the direction of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in a home setting to use the techniques and principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to improve the quality of life for individuals. Behavior technicians provide one-on-one direct intervention to teach communication, social, and daily living skills, as well as reduce challenging behaviors.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services to clients with Autism and other related developmental disabilities under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in client’s homes or community settings.
· Responsible for implementing treatment plans
· Collecting Data
· Maintaining Clinical Notes
· Attending client-related staffing meetings
· Additional program management responsibilities may be assigned.
· Manage behavioral difficulties which may include but not limited to, aggression, self-injurious behavior, property destruction, elopement
· Apply feedback on performance given by BCBA, BCaBA, and/or LaBA
Minimum Qualifications:
· Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent
· Reliable source of transportation and a valid driver’s license
· Must pass criminal background check
· Have proof of Covid vaccination, or adequate medical or religious exemption
· Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships
Preferred Qualifications but Not Required to Apply:
· 1-2 years of clinical experience in a position that utilizes ABA
· CPR, BLS certified
· 40-hour Behavior technician training
· Washington State CBT
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Experience:

License/Certification:
