Working Position Title: Behavioral Health Technician - Residential Staff

Position: Residential Staff

FLSA Status: Non-exempt EEOC Code: (5) Admin. Support Worker

Job Purpose:
Monitor, educate, and assist patients as needed in daily actives in accordance with the program, policies, and procedures of Freeman Recovery Center, LLC

Description:
1. Punctual in getting patient’s to scheduled outside meetings.
2. Witness patients self administer medication if needed.
3. Facilitate/participate in shift changes.
4. Help patients with any needs until next shift arrives.
5. Reporting vital signs & assessment flow sheets.
6. Reporting and managing patient updates as needed in the electronic health records (EHR)
7. Attend staff meetings if appropriate.
8. Interact appropriately with any visitors and family members.
9. Carry out responsibilities pertaining to the operation of Freeman Recovery Center, LLC.
10. Maintain confidentiality of patients.
11. Know the policies and procedures for safety, i.e.; inclement weather, emergency numbers, and safety officers contact information.

Reports to: Residential Supervisor

Level of Supervision Required: General.

Education and Experience, degree and/or Certification Required (if applicable):
1. Training *per policies and procedures of Freeman Recovery Center, LLC.
2. CPR, First Aid/AED certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Driver's License (Preferred)
