The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Benefit Client Support Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to build relationships and service our benefits customers.
This position will report to our agency located in Mansfield, MA. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a remote or hybrid position.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction through their knowledge and support of the benefit team in the management of insurance benefits including COBRA, FSA, HRA and HSA’s.
- Contributing to a positive workplace environment
- Ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School or bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 to 2 years of previous experience in HR/Benefits is preferred, but not required.
- Developed computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be willing and able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactory.
