Silver Hearth Lodge [SHL] (Bent Mountain, VA) is now hiring experienced person(s) to help with GENERAL HANDY-TYPE MAINTNENACE - starting at $15 - $17/hr. [NOTE: For a highly skilled type (i.e. carpenter, electrician, etc.), the starting range would be $20 - $25/hr.] If you live near the Bent Mountain, VA area and you are available during the week AND/OR during weekends, this would be most desirable. Generally speaking, we can usually make your schedule fit into ours. This full-time OR part-time job, as an independent contractor, will require you to be knowledgeable in and experienced with general maintenance such as landscaping maintenance, table & chair set up, cleaning, building maintenance, general mechanics, painting/staining, handy-type maint. work, etc. We seek person(s) with: past maintenance experience, work efficiency, attention to detail (OCD-lol), organized skill set, goal-oriented mindset, a pleasant demeanor and most importantly, you are reliable & dependable.
