Hourly Rate: $17.85Job Description: Provides a broad range of social services to consumers and their families. Participates in treatment team planning and performs crisis intervention. Assists in dealing with personal and social problems. Serve as a liaison for social services. Perform case management duties, education, and skills building. Will also provide assistance to Youth Clubhouse.
Schedule: Will work Monday – Friday @ 8 hour days
Competencies: Knowledge of diagnostic impressions or criteria. Knowledge of how client advocacy system operates. Knowledge of individual and group therapy techniques. Knowledge of various therapeutic models and intervention as directly related to area of assignment. Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
Required Minimum Qualifications: HS Diploma and three years’ experience in social services. Prior case-management experience preferred.
