We are looking for a top-notch
BILINGUAL (Spanish/English) DISPATCH / CUSTOMER SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL to join our team in Tampa, FL!
The successful candidate will be part of a fun team that interacts with our subcontracted flooring installers and our customers. BILINGUAL FLUENCY (English/Spanish) IS REQUIRED FOR TIHS ROLE! We're looking for someone who has a positive, "can do" attitude, thrives in a fast paced environment and gets along well with diverse personalities. We seek a proactive problem solver - if something needs to get done, this person takes the initiative to pitch in; the phrase "it's not my job" is not part of his/her makeup.
The right person for this role has a professional phone presence, and likes to shine both as an individual contributor and as a strong team player. He/she easily learns new computer systems (with on-the-job training), and is adept with Microsoft Word and Excel, and Gmail. Experience using Google shared drive is a plus.

Responsibilities
:
- Communicating with our subcontracted flooring installers on work order assignments.
- Reviewing subcontractor payroll sheets for accuracy and performing corresponding data entry.
- Communicating with subcontractors and others to proactively resolve any work order or other issues.
- Researching issues related to work order charge-backs.
- Interacting with other Real Floors employees from various roles and functions including Sales, Warehouse, Inventory, Billing, and Quality Assurance, to provide a positive customer experience.
- Other duties assigned.
Qualifications
:
- REQUIRED: Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Computer proficiency - data entry, able to correspond effectively via email, perform data input, etc.
- Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets is preferred, but similar experience will be considered
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and organized
- Professional, customer-focused approach
- Proactive problem solver – takes initiative to identify, research and resolve problems as they arise; willing to help others when needed to solve issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone presence
- Proven independent contributor, as well as a strong team player
- Flooring industry experience is preferred, but is not required
