Medical Assistant Job Details:
- 40 hours per week
- Day shift
- Now interviewing for May start dates!
- 13-week direct contract with opportunity to extend
- Greeting patients, checking patients in for services, assisting with any questions/paperwork, verifying patient information/insurance, pull patient charts, schedule follow up visits, collect co-pays and deductibles.
- Patient vitals, rooming patients, update health records, administer immunizations, blood draws/collect specimens for lab work.
Medical Assistant Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience
- CA Medical Assistant Certification
- BLS or ability to obtain
- Clean background check and UA upon hire
- MUST be Bilingual; fluent in Spanish and English
