SIGN ON BONUS OF $750
Pay: $18.00 hourly
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (one hour lunch break)
Location: Mesa, AZ

Primary Responsibilities:

• General cleaning of the four (3) facility sites; including, regular vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping. Assist with the completion of educational assessments
• Maintain facilities in good condition; including, bathrooms, classrooms, toys, cabinet fixtures, break rooms, offices and kitchen areas.
• Manage the classroom environment and provide line of sight supervision to students.
• Responsible for proper care and storage of equipment, supplies, and tools.
• Responsible for observing and reporting facility maintenance needs or repairs to supervisor and/or submitting maintenance tickets.
• Pool Maintenance with or without Client participation as needed
• Drive personal and agency vehicle to conduct program business.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds.
• Support Youth Care Worker staff with direct supervision of clients, as assigned.
• Provide training and guidance to newer team members.

Qualifications:

• High School or GED required
• Basic computer literacy; including, navigating a Microsoft Windows operating system, Outlook email exchange, and online applications.
• Bilingual; possess effective verbal and written language skills in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 1-year experience working with youth preferred
• Experience working independently, preferred
