Primary Responsibilities

In the role of BIM Specialist, we'll count on you to:

  • Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, sketches, maps, and graphic representations of architecture designs
  • Demonstrate knowledge of procedures for production of design developments and construction documents, and knowledge of engineering planning, drafting and detailing
  • Assist Projects Architects, or other Architectural Project Coordinators as needed
  • Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications

Required Qualifications
  • Associate or technical school degree or combination of education and relevant experience
  • 0+ years architectural drafting experience on buildings/facilities
  • Proficient in use of Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools and process
  • Experience with MIcrosoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to prepare drawings and details
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare, Science and Technology and/or Civic facilities experience
  • Previous experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm
  • Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED desired but not required
