Position Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday, school hours.
What to Expect: TCV is currently seeking a dedicated and responsible person to fill our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role in the greater Pittsburgh, PA area. In our school based services department, we provide a continuum of behavioral health care for children, adolescents, and their families that include assessment, treatment, referral and school-based prevention and referrals. All services are family focused and are provided in the office, schools, home or other community settings.
As a BCBA you will provide strength based, positive behavior strategies and wellness coaching for students in the assigned school district. Serving as a member of our School-Based Services Program, the candidate selected for the BCBA position will:
Be a part of a district wide leadership team for developing best practice models of support and intervention for school age students.- Be directly involved in the completion of data-based Functional Behavioral Assessments and PBSPs with students in both special and general education aged 5-21.
- Supervise a team of 7 highly skilled RBTs working across the district (7 schools clustered throughout the Monroeville area).
- Participate in leadership meetings.
- Provide monthly data reports.

- The ability to work with Devereux's team of highly experienced School Based Behavior Analysts throughout the U.S.
- Supervision and staff development with our PhD level BCBAs.

- Master's degree in applied behavioral analysis, psychology, or education.
- BCBA certification issued by the BACB.
- Appropriate state license as required in state of employment.
- Valid driver's license in state of residence and acceptable driving record.
- Act 33 and 34 clearances, Department of Education Fingerprints and Department of Public Welfare Fingerprints both required.
- Devereux/TCV requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidates understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
