Mindcolor Autism is a national Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider committed to improving the long-term quality of life for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). We utilize ABA to offer individualized programs for children of all ages and abilities.

Role:

We are looking for a BCBA to join our growing team in Texas. This role is an opportunity for someone to be an integral part of the foundational culture, strategy, and vision of our center. The person will participate in all aspects of clinical operations, including client onboarding, programming and training of other therapists.

Job Duties:

Develop and implement our clinical programs

Lead, supervise, and train a team of technicians, therapists

Maintain and build relationships with clients

Participate and potentially lead our continuous training initiatives

Ensure we are providing the highest quality clinical services

Job Requirements:

Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
