Lake Keowee Marina in Seneca, SC is looking for one Boat Sales Manager to join our strong team.

Located on beautiful Lake Keowee we are your largest family owned full service marina!

An hourly wage plus commission and some benefits are offered to the incumbent.

Responsibilities

*Customer Service *Management of sales lifecycle *Stay up to date on all aspects of product knowledge, both models that are sold here at the marina and others *Computer literate and able to use email and CRM programs to communicate with customers and track progress / follow ups on a daily basis *Help match customers to their dream boat *Sales of new and new to you boats *Safe vessel operation for lake demonstration *Placing and confirming boat builds and motor orders *Mentor sales staff to advance professionally *Forecasting, and processing of commission sheets *Attend virtual and in person events and training seminars as they come up *Weekends and Holidays are part of the schedule, especially for special events and holidays in spring and summer months.

Qualifications

*Computer literate - prefer word, excel and outlook experience *Sales Management experience - preference to Boat Sales Management, but will entertain other industries *Valid DL / Legally able to operate a vehicle and vessel in South Carolina *Valid NASBLA Boaters Safety Certificate (NASBLA Cert. can be obtained after hired) *Legally able to work in the US *Understanding of basic boat handling and industry lingo

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $20.00/hour.
