Job description
Penmac Staffing is seeking candidates for their Bookkeeper and Accounting positions with local businesses here in Springfield, MO. These are Temp-to-Hire positions, as our clients are looking for full-time candidates. Bookkeeping candidates with Quickbooks experience are needed.Monday through Friday (Shift Times May Vary by Position)
Pay: $17 - $20 + / hour, Depending on Experience
Responsibilities can include:
- Process ACH Payments for Employees
- Credit Applications for New Vendors
- Handle Customer Purchase Orders and Invoices
- Multi-tasking, answering phones/questions, other various tasks, as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1+ year of recent Bookkeeping / Accounting experience, required
- Quickbooks and other software program experience needed
- Drug Screening and Criminal Background Check, required
