Glennwood Custom Builders is a full-service luxury residential design/build firm servicing Western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina. We are the elite residential builder in Asheville - average home price range is between $2.5million and $10million per project. We are currently seeking a Bookeeper/Office Manager to join our youthful and energetic team. Our office is located in the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains just outside of desirable Asheville, North Carolina - which boasts numerous accolades as one of the best small cities and outdoor living locations in the U.S.
We are seeking a responsible, organized professional for the position of Bookeeper/Office Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our offices and handling any office operations that arise. This position is an excellent opportunity to join a small team and lead an independent office operation in a fun and challenging office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a work environment that fosters teamwork and productivity.
- Take care of all paperwork, such as creating and sending out invoices; handling incoming invoices and bills; entering, recording, and paying office expenses; arranging insurance policies; and assisting with completion of tax returns.
- Organize the small inventory of office supplies and arrange to purchase supplies before they run out.
- Coordinate all office maintenance.
- Assisting staff with permitting, errands, blueprints.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
