Currently looking for a near full-time Administrative Office Manager.

Amin Office Manager Job Description

Office manager for a well-established Home Improvement business. The office is located north of Lockport NY. The current needs are for a full-time office manager.

Skills: Self -motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask as well as being able to learn quickly and retain knowledge. Being a problem solver for new or unforeseen issues as they happen is a must.

Daily Duties (include but not limited to):

· Answering Phones

· Computer work

o Entering data into a ledger

o Emailing

· Office Duties

o Filing

o Faxing

o Typing

Weekly duties include: Running data backups, processing and filing new jobs sold. Completing sub-contractor agreements, warranties, log expenses on job completion checklist, completing follow up letters, and payroll processing.

Monthly duties include: Processing bill payments, bank account reconciliation, totaling and recording job costs, compiling a basic profit and loss document.

Year End duties Include: Provide all books/ tax information, forms etc. to be submitted to our accountant. Complete insurance audits. Coordinate with owners to complete necessary advertising initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Appleton, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
