Bounce House Operator

We are looking to hire two high energy people to add to our team of Bounce House Operators at Bounce House Wilmington.

We are the largest Bounce House company in Wilmington and the surrounding counties.

During the season we run 50 plus parties a week and also do festivals, schools events and corporate events.

The main work days are Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. During those days you have the ability to hit 40 hours in the week if you want. One of the biggest perks of working the weekend is you can get all of your stuff done during the week days when everything's open and not crowded.

But... If you're someone that likes to party on the weekend this is not the job for you.

What does the job entail.

1) Lifting heavy inflatables. They weigh from 300 lbs to 2,000 lbs.

2) Talking with customers.

3) Driving a box truck.

4) Cleaning inflatables.

5) Working early and staying late.

Requirements:

1) Must have a drivers License

2) Must be a team player

3) Must be able to work up to 12 hours in a day.

Starting pay is $15 an hour the first 4 weeks. After that you’ll get a pay increase to $17

This is a year round job,

In the summer we do Bounce Houses and events,

In the winter we hang Christmas Lights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• Weekend availability
• Weekends only
