Position: Box Truck Delivery Assistant
Department: In Home White Glove Delivery
Location: Williams Sonoma Furniture - Werner Jackson Distribution Center Unit 300 / 108 Tomlinson Dr. Zelienople PA 16063
Work Environment: On-site, Hybrid, or Remote
Shift: $ 160.00 a day / 5 days / Mon - Sat / Full time
Job Summary: As part of a 2-person team, bring furnishings to homes, deliver, set-up, assemble, demonstrate features, and remove packaging while providing exceptional customer service to people.
Responsibilities: Assist driver in navigating to deliver to customers. Call customers to alert them to visit. Help driver when backing up to make sure there are no obstacles. Keep cargo space in truck organized and debris free. Lift items weighing 80-100 lbs with partner.
Minimum Requirements: Must be 18 years old. Able to perform the essential functions of the job. Speak English and communicate with customers by phone.
Experience: Previous 12 months delivery of furniture or appliances, or moving company.
