Job description

Transmotion is looking for drivers/helpers for installing furniture in delivery routes with basic set up, in and around the Seattle, WA area. Furniture such as sofa, loveseats, tables, end tables, chairs, rugs, and other home furniture

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday between the hours of 6:00 am and 6:00 pm, additional Monday work is also available.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate delivery
• Select and use basic tools to assemble, adjust and install various furniture
• Must be able to follow complex installation instructions as per manufacturer specifications to complete installation
• Loading and unloading with the assistance of an appliance dolly, appliance big wheel, or body straps.

Requirements

• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check
• DOT medical card (We can assist you in obtaining this - physical only required)
• Must have personal set of tools
• Mechanically inclined
• Smartphone
• Ability to lift up to 175lbs
• Must be able to work in severe weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow)
• Professional work experience as a Furniture Installer or a willingness to learn the trade
• Must be 21 years of age

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $180.00 - $240.00 per day
