Licensing Associate

Lisa Frank is looking for a licensing associate. We appreciate you taking the time to review the below job description. Must be located in Tucson, Arizona or willing to relocate.

· Work cross-functionally in licensing, product development, and ecommerce to ensure organized workflows and deliverables are met

· Organize all licensing outreach and conversation status

· Assist with license acquisition and renewal processes

· Keep track of licensing forms, fees, due dates, and ensure timely payments are made

· Lead the contract execution process with keen attention to detail

· Assist General Counsel with legal duties: including IP protection, counterfeit takedowns, contract drafting, copyright renewals

· Liaising with external counsel: following up on responses to requests and instructions, proof reading contract related draft documents, monitoring and collating information from the internet and other sources re use of the Company's Intellectual Property and providing organized reports

· Manage partnership relationships to ensure licensee contract responsibilities are honored

· Create brand sales decks for licensing and sales conversations

· Provide prospective partners with relevant brand information

· Schedule licensing meeting and team arrangements for all travel, tradeshows, etc.

· Communicate key licensing deadlines to creative team

· Write instructions via Box for licensees to follow

· Set working agendas for licensing calls with all relevant documents and assets

· Track, organize, and record all pre-production and production samples

· Organize company files in Sharepoint, Box, and Portfolio for optimized search/scalability

· Assist Leadership with miscellaneous company projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
