The historic Hawthorne Hotel in Salem, MA is seeking a full or part-time breakfast cook to manage breakfast service and provide a high standard of quality in a busy hotel restaurant. You will also be asked to undertake a varied list of food preparation for the kitchen on a daily basis and oversee the checking of all early morning deliveries. The typical shift is from 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. but may vary based on need and anticipated hotel occupancy. Opportunity to create a flexible schedule, mixing morning and mid shifts.
We have an amazing breakfast menu and are looking for the right attitude and skills to execute our vision.
The Hawthorne offers free on-site parking, staff meals, uniforms, and discounts at our restaurants and sister properties. All full-time staff receive medical and dental benefits and paid vacation time.
