Job description

This position is open for a hard working, reliable, and dependable individual. Job details required are listed below:

Morning breakfast shift start time ranges from 5:30 AM - 7 AM to end-time of 11 AM to 3 PM.

Dinner shift is 4 PM to 10:30 PM.

• Must be available to work breakfast and dinner shifts. Open to working split shifts if needed.
• Must be punctual on timecard.
• Must be available ALL Holidays and weekends.
• Minimum of 2 years in hospitality experience.
• Beverage knowledge for beer, wine, and spirits.
• This position will be responsible for greeting, seating, and serving all guests in a timely manner.
• Applicant must be willing to work with other staff and kitchen when help is needed.
• Cross training must be required to fill positions needed on high occupancy days. This will include hosting, bussing, expediting, serving, and prep.
• Regular restaurant tasks will be required to perform this position.
• Other details and tasks that are not listed will be required

Pay $10-$12/hour plus tips

*Must have a valid New Mexico Serve safe food-hanlders certification and a valid New Mexico Serve-Safe Alcohol Certification to be consider for the position.*
