Job description
Responsibilities:
- An apartment complex is seeking a well-rounded Building Maintenance Technician who has light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall experience to turn over apartments.
- Additionally, you will be changing light sockets, installing ceiling fans, and performing other maintenance tasks for a 300-unit property.
Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Requirements:
- Qualified candidates must have prior building maintenance experience
- Must be able to change light sockets, install ceiling fans, etc.
- Must be detail-oriented and safety-conscious, and must be dependable.
- Only candidates that can pass a background check will be considered.
- Any candidate that has their own tools is a huge plus.
