Responsibilities
Cooking Burgers and Steak to correct temperature
Ensures food comes out high quality and in a timely manner
Cook in cooperation with rest of kitchen staff
Responsible for setting up and keeping work area clean
Following Health Code
Washing, trimming, cutting, and preparing foods for cooking
Reports directly to the kitchen manager, and may be asked to work other areas of the kitchen or restaurant
