We are seeking a Business Analyst who will be involved in managing clients and client activities, which includes product support for our Workers’ Compensation division.
Your primary responsibility will be to support the growth and enhancement of ISO's product offerings in Workers’ Compensation claim data collection, by managing client activities and trading partner data reporting. This includes monitoring data reported to ISO, focusing on data analysis, problem solving and client support.
This is a full-time position.
About the Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the Role
- Your daily work will be directly related to the general business operations of the wcCapture product and its customers. You will be responsible for monitoring and processing client data and client activities timely and accurately, which encompasses client integrations, defect analysis and general maintenance by using an interactive ticketing system.
- You will provide support to internal ISO staff based on specific assignments and subject matter. The position will require knowledge and use of the IAIABC EDI Claims standards.
- You will be responsible for keeping divisional management apprised of customer issues during and after integration as well as providing updates regarding client progress and potential red flags.
- As a member of the wcCapture team, you will need to continuously review our internal processes and procedures to ensure that they meet the needs of our clients. Based on this review, recommendations for improvement should be made when necessary.
- You must be comfortable making decisions that represent the best interests of both the client and the firm. Some of these decisions will need to be made with limited to no oversight.
- You will be responsible for participating in client meetings, where you may lead discussions of current project status, including reviewing open items and providing feedback, guidance and status where appropriate.

- College degree, preferably in Business Administration, and 2 to 3 years’ experience in a client facing services role or equivalent experience preferred.
- Customer Service/Project Management skill preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting ability required
- Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent required
- Knowledge of IAIABC EDI Claims Standards preferred
- Claims Data Reporting Experience preferred
- Data processing experience preferred
- Basic Data Analysis Skills preferred
- Must be available to travel in response to business needs
