Business Analyst

Location: Austin, TX (The role will be Hybrid, at least 3 days onsite. Working 40 hours per week, need to work flexible hours Tuesday and Wednesday, but less hours on Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support weekly Revenue Attainment management preparation:

o Update regular Revenue Attainment review templates including Sell-in and Sell-through sales forecasting, QTD billings + backlog, and inventory data etc.
o Collect, validate and consolidate Revenue Attainment inputs provided by cross-functional teams such as Sales team, Business Units and Finance.
o Prepare executive Revenue Attainment Review decks within deadlines.
o Maintain weekly/quarterly Revenue Attainment Scorecards and KPIs trackers.

• Ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed from business.
• Documentation and communication for all owned processes

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree with major in Business Analytics, Finance, or Accounting, and MBA is a PLUS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable to deal with data is a MUST
• Strong analytic skills, able to build business analysis models from scratch and reconcile complicated data sources, depth of experience on creating reports for ad hoc/regular cadence/executive reporting
• Strong attention to details and sense of urgency. Able to effectively perform multiple/concurrent tasks under high pressures and multiple deadlines with accuracy
• Familiar with Sales forecasting and revenue concepts and process, including sell-in, sell-thru and inventory.
• Excellent communication skills, experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Minimum 3 years related working experience in Sales Operations/Revenue Recognition/Sales Finance/Forecasting & Planning role

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
