We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with the product owner and development team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. You will be responsible for analyzing and defining business processes and requirements, identifying, and documenting user stories, and ensuring that user stories meet acceptance criteria.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product owners and development teams to identify and define business processes and requirements.
- Create and maintain user stories, including acceptance criteria, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Analyze and document business processes and requirements using various techniques, including user interviews, workshops, and process mapping.
- Work with the development team to ensure that user stories are delivered according to acceptance criteria and within the agreed-upon timelines.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential risks, issues, and dependencies to the product owner and development team.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Additional Experience in these categories is a plus:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience working in Agile environments, using methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or ClickUp.
- Participation in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
