Summary

The Growth Analytics and Insights team supports Sales, Marketing, and sales process digitization efforts with a broad set of analysis and analytics capabilities focused on identifying and quantifying sales growth opportunities as well as sales process data improvement opportunities.

This role provides expert content and professional leadership solving complex sales strategy, marketing, and digitization process questions with detailed analysis that identifies and helps operationalize new data science and technology solutions and/or enhancements to existing data science and technology. You will work collaboratively with our marketing, sales, product, digitization, and supporting matrix partners.

The candidate will perform data queries, data analysis, and deliver insights that drive sales growth (B2B), and also enables better data-driven decisions within sales and marketing processes. The candidate will be partnered with peer analytics and data science resources providing sales pipeline data insights, buyer decision insights, and insights to sales performance relative to market competition.

Responsibilities

Serve as consultative data partner for Sales, Marketing and Digital business teams

Leverage internal & vendor data to build queries, create data sets, and identify insights

Communicate results/recommendations clearly and persuasively to non-technical stakeholders and to leadership

Lead data analysis for established projects/initiatives and ad hoc business requests

Provide data guidance to peer data analysts and data scientists to ensure selection of optimal data sources and variables

Administer and maintain documentation on data sources, code and basic quality assurance methods used

Qualifications

3+ years' demonstrated data acumen and deep data querying experience utilizing SQL, Python (or similar) to build data sets from different sources (AWS, Hadoop, SQL Server)

Expertise in MS Excel

Experience with Tableau (or similar visualization application) preferred

Highly skilled at producing data extracts/reports, developing statistical and trend analyses and summarizing insights for stakeholders

Solid communication and consultative skills with non- technical teams/leadership to establish working relationships and drive business decisions

Knowledge of Sales and Marketing data preferred

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 94,300 - 157,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
