Position - Business / Customer Administrator

Mission Service Companies is looking to hire a Business/Customer
Administrator. This is an administrative team seat with upward growth into leadership possibilities. This position will serve as a primary point of communication to our internal operations teams as well as our external customers.

Key Responsibilities / Primary Outcomes

● Customer service via multiple communication channels.
● Internal and external communication with the team.
● Assist customers with day-to-day operations, and follow up with required documentation.
● Ability to coordinate & schedule meetings with organizational leaders and customers.
● Managing customer timelines / accounts; answering questions, and assisting where needed.
● Manage incoming calls, text and emails, and dispersing to appropriate team members / responding when necessary.
● Tracking of important customer information and reporting company scorecards at weekly meetings.
