The ideal candidate is interested in developing and maintaining consumer, commercial, real estate and small business loan requests and deposit accounts for the Baton Rouge market. The Business Development Officer is responsible for developing new business, underwriting, structuring, and closing of all loans, as well as maintaining and servicing a portfolio.
