The Uftring Auto Group consists of eleven automotive franchises at six car dealerships in Peoria, East Peoria, Washington and North Pekin, Illinois. There are many opportunities for growth in sales, service, finance and insurance, detail, accounting, parts, body shop and customer service. Our organization also includes two detail facilities, car wash, accounting and marketing departments. Responsibilities
- Understand and apply proper phone etiquette
- Keep up-to-date with sales incentives, promotions, and objectives
- Full understanding of telephone techniques to effectively funnel and schedule solid appointments
- Using our current CRM, perform all necessary short and long term follow-up
- Achieve and maintain performance standards
- Attend departmental meetings and training
- Achieve certification on the systems
- Complete all system task work promptly and accurately
- Responsible for own generation of prospects sourced from the data base
- Tracking of every contact to a shown appointment
- Perform outgoing phone calls to customers, asking about their experience and requesting they fill out the survey
- Engage with our guests in the Service waiting area, offering a no-obligation value of their current vehicle
- Be a goodwill ambassador for the company by courteous treatment of all customers and team members
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Call Center experience is preferred
- Good written and phone skills
- Ability to handle heavy telephone contact
- Must have an upbeat, positive, "smile" on the phone
- Ability to work on multiple software application at the same time
- Must be a quick learner without fear of change in the workplace
- Able to work in a process-driven environment
- Self-motivated and organized
- Must have a valid IL driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Hours
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
- Tuesday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
- Every other Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. (Wednesday off when working Saturday)
