Job description
Design, implement and maintain a knowledge management tool to extract relevant data from Sales engines, lead on program initiatives, network comparison/disruptions, technology solutions, outcomes, and compliance/contract related data elements. Collaborate with the RFP team and leadership to refine and improve standardized information for proposals and provide content to build responses. With network managements’ assistant, create recruitment strategies, tracking and outcome reports
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with management to create internal workflows for maintaining and updating content.
- Design, organize and maintain the knowledge management library, through creating and collecting new content, and reviewing and revising existing information.
- Manage Sales engines for upcoming RFPs
- Manage recruitment strategies and outcomes
- Research information extracted from internal and external sources, and liaise with various departments to further define content, ensuring it is clearly articulated and can easily integrate into proposal responses.
- Prepares and maintains a repository of templates and standard language.
- Manage and product reports from Sales and network CRM systems
