Office Manager Overview

Sundance Square has become a model for urban development, creating a large cultural and economic impact on the city of Fort Worth.

Role

We are currently seeking a high level, seasoned Office Manager for Sundance Square. A candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience where she or he has maintained a heavy workload and supported an entire office and staff of a complex organization. The Office Manager also needs to be comfortable with office technology and applications, and will be expected to be proficient in the regular array of business systems (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Office, databases, videoconferencing, internet research, etc.). The successful candidate will also need to demonstrate that he or she has been in positions which required them to keep confidential or sensitive personal and business information entirely confidential.

In addition to performing the key responsibilities of this position, the Office Manager must exemplify our values and guiding principles.

In this role the Office Manager will:

  • Provide administrative assistance to Sundance Square personnel, including assisting with preparation of documents, filing, answering calls, scheduling, and addressing administrative questions
  • Inventory/Order/Receive/Stock office supplies

· Inventory/Order/Receive/Stock drinks and snacks for the office

· Perform weekly inspection of office spaces and arrange any needed additional cleaning or maintenance

· Prepare conference room for meetings

· Greet guests as they arrive for meetings

· Receive deliveries/packages and deliver to appropriate locations

· Break down boxes

· Sort business mail

· File COIs and other business document

· Pick up nametags, menus, etc.

· Book hotel rooms for out-of-town guests

· Arrange drivers for guests

· Work with various vendors as required

· Receive and inventory packages

  • Coordinate with personnel and other departments on scheduling and other administrative tasks
  • Order, pick up and set up lunch for various weekly meetings
  • Comply with all company policies and all applicable safety rules and requirements.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Work as a team with other staff members and develop positive and productive relationships with staff at the principals’ various affiliated companies
  • Remain flexible and nimble, as the job can be fast paced
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (Qualifications)

· High School Diploma, or equivalent.

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Strong Organizational skills

· Proactive and self-driven attitude

· Detailed organizational skills and communication skills needed to effectively interact with and represent Sundance Square in all aspects of business

· The proven ability to work in a dynamic office setting requiring strong judgment skills, a diplomatic nature, and an exceedingly high level of professionalism

· Confidence in a fast-paced, fluid environment

· Analytical and flexible problem solving

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
