What You'll Do:
As a Business Process Engineer you perform activities include, but are not limited to,
- Conduct research, evaluations, studies, and analysis with minimal guidance. Author or contribute substantive content to plans, reports, processes, regulations, and SOPs with minimal guidance.
- Define requirements for Knowledge Management systems required to facilitate and support Knowledge Management process improvements and procedures.
- Process large volumes of complex data rapidly and accurately and translate technical and programmatic data into actionable plans and reports.
- Use appropriate tools to perform problem determination and root cause analysis and illustrate bottlenecks, redundancies, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for enhanced efficiency or effectiveness.
- Participate in Knowledge Management activities and projects, and provide analysis in response to specific requests, as needed
- 5+ years of experience in Business Process Re-Engineering
- 2+ years of experience with using process improvement methodologies
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in working with senior-level military staff
- Experience with Knowledge Management processes and tools
- Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Possession of excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with Technical Writing
- Lean Six Sigma Belt certification desired
